Pulsotherapy

PULSATILE STIMULATION

Pulsotherapy is a unique, patented natural treatment technique. It stimulates the endothelium, the organ that lines the inside of our blood vessels, responsible for good blood circulation and considered to be a veritable internal pharmacy.

The ‘second heart’ as a health booster

Pulsotherapy is based on the principle of tissue mechanisation using cardio-synchronised pulsating waves. The stimulation is totally personalised, as it is adapted to the heartbeat of the patient receiving the treatment. The effect is general, meaning that it is spread throughout the body. It is a real circulatory re-education.

SPHERE OF ACTION OF PULSOTHERAPY

Pulsotherapy directly and generally stimulates blood and lymph circulation. It improves the body's ability to manage the flow of blood and lymph. It promotes venous return and lymphatic drainage, reduces pain and fatigue, accelerates healing processes and regulates local and general inflammation.

This approach is also suitable for patients undergoing rehabilitation or suffering from conditions that limit their mobility, while having a beneficial effect on reducing inflammation and managing pain.

THE PULSOTHERAPY TECHNIQUE

You are comfortably installed in the pulsatile suit, lying on the examination couch. The structure of the suit incorporates an internal layer of gel to adapt perfectly to your morphology. A pulsometer is positioned on your finger. It detects your heartbeat. A succession of massaging waves at varying pressures will stimulate your blood and lymph flow in a totally personalised way.

Depending on your needs and objectives, your therapist will choose a programme that is adapted in terms of dynamics, intensity and duration. Sessions can also be given to complement other techniques and treatments offered in our clinic.
